

Prices vary as to when you want to train:
Off-peak training
(Mon-Fri between hours 9am- 5pm)
£20 for one-to-one training. For group sessions add £5 per person
Peak training
(All week-ends, bank holidays, early am and late pm mid-week)
£25 for one-to-one training. For group sessions add £5 per person
Clients are free to pay on a block booking basis, for say 10 sessions, or can pay each session individually. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE TIED IN TO YOUR TRAINING.
Nutritional analysis
£100 A computerised analysis of your current eating habits, giving recommendations as to how you can improve your health, weight and training regime. Clients do not have to use this service but those looking for enhanced weight loss should strongly consider it.
